What will happen if primary case got approved but dependent case is still pending and at the same time, dependent H4 will be expiring soon??
Actually my case got approved yesterday, my wife's not yet. Her H4 expires in September. Thanks.
She is NOT in H4 status anymore the day your I-485 is approved.
She has 180 days (from your approval date) to file I-485 application, otherwise she has to do follow-to-join CP at consulate abroad.
Consult a good attorney asap.

We received this letter and my wife is currently in India. She is comng back only after 2 months. Secondly this letter says it has been Xfrd to MO. We live in virginia. I am not sure how it went there.

Simple Answer is NO
*If 140 premium processing reinstated in the near future, at least 3-4 weeks before your H1B expires.
It is difficult to obatain approved vacation from my employer.
Apartment from leaving the country and recapturing, are there any alternatives.

FYI: Ours went to R Williams on July 2nd/NSC and there is thread on this forum if you are interested. We heard nothing. According to the posts, if any of R Williams cases had any action, they happened at other service centers. You person might be sending the submittals around as well if they were received on July 2nd. There are 2 reasons that I thought of for not applying / renewing.
1) I'm not planning on going anywhere after / atleast for a year.
2) My wife's AP filed last year took Six months to get approved and what happens if you fly out while your AP is pending / sent for renewal. I read in this forum, not fly out, while you AP is pending.
Appreciate your time.

2 is more legitimate reason and people answered that it is not an issue.
For the first one if you are thinking about saving 360$, think if some strikes/riots in India/country you are traveling thru or a weather event similar to the one that stopped flights al over Europe were to happen.
In my opinion , not renewing will be a huge risk. The reward of saving 360$ is not worth it.

Sure. It was an H1B transfer application. So, the RFE asked for pay stubs with company A. Also asked, if applicable, for company B's pay stubs. W2s for the whole time I was in H1 status. And my last six tax returns.
Could you please detailed RFE? It is difficult to suggest without the RFE details.

Did anyone travel to India, by landing at Delhi Intl airport, and then proceeding to other destination city through a domestic airline?
Never been to Delhi, and I have no idea how Intl and domestic travel works in tandem...

Almost every time landed @ delhi and then got to a domestic flight (@ Indore - lot of times)
It all depends on your international arrival and next connection to domestic city (how long is lay over?) You can get a good connection from New york to mumbai to indore with airline A due to its flight schedule but you might not get the same ''good connection'' with airline B as it just has a different schedule.
So it depends on the following
-From where you fly
-When you reach
-When is the first avaiable domestic flight
-how much is the total cost

SKIL exempts applicants with a masters degree from the US and 3 years experience from the annual quotas. This along with not counting dependents should bring considerable relief to even the folks who are still subject to quota.

If per country limit of 7% stays, how much relief would it bring in terms of
priority dates for India/China born individuals?
I do not think there shall be any significant positive movement in Priority dates. Even if annual numbers go to 290K from 140K and dependents are excluded. It is about 4 times meaning if earlier we had 10K for India including sposes meaning 5K effectively, now it will be appx 20K effectively!
Think of number of applicants from India and China and think of the flood coming when all backlog is cleared! I dont think we should expect big jump in priority dates.
Am I getting too pessimistic?
