i have iphone4 and i have download cool apps from cydia, now i have ipad1 and wanted to use some of the apps on it, like 5 column icon , 5 icon dock and so on.. will it work on my ipad ?

Anyone run into an issue with 4.31 where if they orient the phone sideways it
sometimes won't orient the display sideways unless you flip it over the other side?
I wonder if that's a bug since it never happened prior to 4.3.

hey guys
i know this topic doesnt belong here but if someone can please help me out id really appriciate it. i did try to post this a few time in the ipod section but no one seems to be of any help.
i have a ipod touch 4th gen currently on 4.3
i was trying to jailbreak it using redsnow 0.9.6rc14 to upgrade to 4.3.2 and jailbreak at the same time. the jailbreak does finish but when i check the ipod it isnt upgrading the software to4.3.2 nor is cydia getting insatalled. if someone can please help me out id really appriciate it.

I'm getting more and more curious how iOS 5 will turn out. I dunno if these enhancements will make it in time for summer, but I'm imagining centralized voice control for doing everyday tasks, a la Siri.
"Is it going to rain tonight?"
"How is traffic? Find another route"
"Book me a table for 2 at 7 tonight"
"What movies are showing tonight?"
These sorts of things should be accessible, and actionable, from the Voice Control interface. Apple did just add 20 new spoken languages to OS X :rolleyes: Perhaps it will be accessible as an API to third party developers. This would really change the way I use my phone, especially while on the road.
This would be cool if you didn't have to hold in the home button. What I mean is, if I'm already holding the phone, then holding in the home button, then speaking the command- I could have just launched the weather app in that amount of time. I want to be able to have the phone sitting on my desk while I'm getting ready for work and shout commands at it from across the room. A little too star-trek, I know, but that's the only time I think I'd ever use a voice command. And obviously, while driving.

Sorry, the icons are not part of any set,, PS, Mail, Journal = I Made as 1 off's, the Safari & trash icons are original after using silver pro nik filter, Toast 9 & Aperture are standard, Itunes and google chrome I cant remember where i found and the hard drives were from MacThemes, they are Mac Pro Carriers, appropriate as i'm using a MP, only Icon ive a link for is Finder before I put it through Photoshop.

Ok, I saw this here once. It was a .css file, that when added to safari through some preference it blocked all those page embeded ads. What was it? I know of Pith Helmet, but I don't feel like installing something, I just want that file!

Anyone here able to get this card working with Lion? I'm running Lion DP2 (with all current updates), and I can't get it working in my 2010 Mac Pro -- nothing I plug in, is being recognized.
Interestingly though, if I go into the 'PCI' section of the system profiler, the card show up properly (even showing that the driver is installed).

I've have a weird bug probably from around 4.1 where the repeat 1 button in the iPod on iPhone doesn't work sometimes. It gets quite annoying and every time there is an update I hope it will fix it!

These days not having any kind of native AVCHD support really slows you down (and uses up a lot of storage space) particularly considering the DSLR-hype since 2009!
